Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 8, 2026
Welcome to AI Museum ("AI Museum," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application, available on the App Store.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
AI Museum does not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly (e.g., via email for support).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use AI Museum, we may automatically collect limited, non-identifiable data to maintain and improve the app:
- Device Information: Device type and operating system version
- Usage Data: Anonymized patterns such as which artworks or features are most interacted with
- Crash Reports: Diagnostic data to identify and fix technical issues
1.3 No Camera or Microphone Access
AI Museum does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location. The app is a read-only gallery experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
Any data collected is used solely to:
- Maintain the App: Keep AI Museum running reliably and fix bugs
- Improve the Experience: Understand how users engage with AI-generated art collections
- Analytics: Review aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to guide future updates
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build personal profiles.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with:
- Analytics Providers: Services such as Firebase Analytics to help us understand app usage (data is anonymized)
- Hosting Providers: Cloud infrastructure providers that power the app
All third-party providers are contractually required to protect any data shared with them.
4. Data Storage and Security
Because AI Museum collects minimal data, your exposure is inherently limited. The anonymized usage data we do collect is:
- Transmitted securely over HTTPS/TLS
- Stored on secure cloud servers with access controls
- Never linked to a personally identifiable profile
5. Your Rights and Choices
Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data profile to access, correct, or delete. You may opt out of analytics collection through your device's privacy settings (Settings → Privacy → Tracking on iOS).
If you have contacted us via email and wish to have that correspondence deleted, please reach out and we will honor your request promptly.
6. Data Retention
Anonymized usage and crash data is retained only as long as necessary to improve the app. No personally identifiable data is retained by AI Museum.
7. Children's Privacy
AI Museum is appropriate for general audiences, including users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly delete it.
8. Third-Party Links
The app may display links or references to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their policies.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of AI Museum after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
